摘要
高校学生干部是高校团学工作骨干,起着下情上传,上情下达,联系学校与学生的桥梁纽带作用。高校学生干部客观上还存在思想功利化、言行官僚化等问题。加强高校学生干部队伍廉政建设,应注重公平化参与、制度化管理、公开化评比,同时加强学生干部思想引导,树立廉洁奉公的服务意识。
The student cadres are the backbones in both students＇ and league＇s affairs. And they play a part as a bridge between students and university authorities. In addition, they convey students＇ ideas to universities or vice versa. However, there exist some problems among these cadres, like utilitarianism in their mind and bureaucracy in their words and action. To strengthen the construction of the honest administration among student cadres, we should advocate the fair participation, sys- tematized management, publicized comparison and assessment. On top of that, we should enhance the guidance of student cadres and help them cultivate the consciousness that they serve the public cleanly and honestly.
