摘要 通过溶剂对色谱分离效果的影响研究和色谱分析中所用溶剂及最佳分离条件的确定,建立了测定2,6-二氯吡嗪(DCP)纯度的气相色谱法(GC)。结果表明,选丙酮为溶剂,用DB-5毛细管色谱柱分离,2,6-二氯吡嗪浓度与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,相对标准偏差低于0.3%,加标回收率为99%~102%。该方法快速、准确、低毒,可满足DCP的质控要求。 A gas chromatography (GC) for the determination of the purity of 2, 6-dichloropyrazine(DCP) was established via the study of solvent affecting the chromatographic fractionation efficiency and determination of the solvent and the optimum separation conditions used in GC analysis. The results show that choosing acetone as solvent, using DB-5 capillary chromatographic column to separation, the relationship between the DCP concentration and peak area has a good linearity, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9999, the relative standard deviation is less than 0.3%, and the recovery rate is 99%- 102%. The method is rapid, accurate, lower toxic, and can meet the requirements of the quality control of DCP.
