摘要
[目的]探讨癌痛规范化护理操作流程在癌痛治疗中的实施效果。[方法]选取2011年4月—2012年4月住院的晚期癌症病人83例,应用癌痛规范化操作流程进行质量监控和动态管理。[结果]癌痛规范化护理操作流程实施前后病人疼痛持续时间、健康教育内容知晓率、服药情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]将规范化护理操作流程应用于癌痛治疗中,有利于减轻病人的疼痛,增加癌痛相关知识,提高护理工作效率。
Objective： To probe into the implement effect of standardized nursing process in treatment of cancer pain. Methods：A total of 83 cases of hospitalized patients with advanced cancer were selected from April in 2011 to April in 2012,and cancer pain standardized nursing process was used for quality monitoring and dynamic management. Results： There was statistically significant difference in duration of pain, health education content awareness rate and medication situation before and after implement of cancer pain standardized operation process（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Standardized nursing process applied in the treatment of cancer pain can relieve the patients＇ pain, increase cancer pain related knowledge and improve the efficiency of nursing work.
