摘要
对于弧形齿万向轴,在分析盘形铣刀与弧形齿的基本运动关系的基础上,得到其空间包络的几何位置关系,通过建立刀具铣削面与齿面的交线方程,计算刀触点位置的方向向量,再根据空间位置关系,计算出刀位点的加工坐标,最后借助于三维建模软件进行加工仿真。空间包络法很好的解决了平面包络加工出现的齿根干涉现象,具有加工效率高刀具磨损低,加工精度高等优点。
For arc tooth universal shaft, on the basis of the analysis of disc cutter and arc tooth basic movement, get its space envelope geometric position relationship. Through the establishment of tool milling surface and gear tooth surface equation of the line of intersection, calculating cutter contact position direction vector, and then according to space position, calculate the knife point processing coordinate. At last, through tridimensional modelling software do processing simulation. Space envelope method well solve the problem of the root interference phenomenon, the method has many advantages, such as the high processing efficiency, the low tool wear, the higher machining accuracy.
