摘要
将故障树分析法运用于装载机液压系统的故障诊断中,针对液压系统的工作原理和故障机制建立故障树,并进行故障分析与定位。实际应用表明:该方法简单、实用、可靠,是一种比较有效的液压系统故障诊断方法。
Fault tree analysis method was used to loader hydraulic system iault diagnosis. According to working principle and failure mechanism of the hydraulic system, the fault tree was built, failure analysis and positioning were made. Practice proves that the fault tree analysis method is easy, practical and realiable. The way is useful when it is used to diagnose hydraulic system fault.
