摘要
用常规粉末冶金工艺制备出含银无铅铜铋轴承材料,运用MM-200摩擦磨损试验机研究银含量对铜铋轴承材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,添加质量分数0.8%的银,对铜铋轴承材料的摩擦磨损性能有一定的改善作用;尤其是随着滴油量的减少,润滑效果减弱时,银对铜铋轴承材料减摩、耐磨性能的改善作用较为明显。
The silver - containing lead - free Cu - Bi bearing materials are prepared by conventional powder metallurgy process, and the influences of silver content on friction and wear characteristics of the materials are researched by using the MM - 200 friction and wear tester. The results show that silver plays a certain role in the improvement of the friction and wear properties of the materials by adding the appropriate content of silver. Especially with the decrease of oil drip volume, the lubricating effect is weakened, the improvement effect of silver on antifriction and wear resistance charac-teristics of the materials is more obvious , the best add content of silver are 0.8wt%.
