盾构机主轴承启动性能试验研究

摘要 分析盾构机主轴承的受力情况,建立了盾构机启动性能试验系统,通过对主轴承启动性能进行试验,分析主轴承启动转矩和稳态转矩的变化规律。结果表明:随着轴向载荷的增加,启动转矩和稳态转矩线性增大;当倾覆力矩较小时,随着倾覆力矩的增加,启动转矩和稳态转矩非线性增大,当倾覆力矩大于1 000 kN.m时,随着倾覆力矩的增大,转矩线性增大。并给出了轴承启动转矩和稳态转矩的计算式。 The external load is analyzed on main bearings in tunnel boring machine, and the experimental system is built for starting performance of tunnel boring machine. The variation rules of starting torque and steady - state torque of main bearings are analyzed by testing starting performance of main bearings. The results show that the starting torque and steady - state torque increase linearly with the axial loads. Moreover, the starting torque and steady - state torque increase nonlinearly with the increase of overturning moment when the overturning moment is smaller, the starting torque and steady - state torque increase linearly with the increase of overturning moment when the overturning moment exceeds about 1 000 kN · m. The equations are provided about the starting torque and steady -state torque of bearings.
