摘要
焊接机架是超细木粉机的加工装配基准,必须有足够的强度和精度才能保证切削主轴的高速连续加工。设计机架时需充分考虑各参数的选用以及危险端面的确定,并应用有限元法对机架进行受力分析,以保证计算结果比较真实地反映机架整体强度及变形情况。
A welded frame is the processing and assembly benchmark of an ultra-fine wood powder machine and it must have sufficient strength and accuracy to ensure the high-speed continuous processing of the cutting spindle. During frame design, the selection of each parameter and the determination of dangerous end surfaces are taken into full consideration, and the finite element method is used to analyze the force and deformation of the frame to make sure that the calculation result can truly reflect the overall strength and deformation.
