摘要
南水北调工程建设2014年通水目标已经确定,意味着南水北调工程建设合同工期的确定。河北直管项目建设管理部在邯石段工程直管工程项目建设中,科学执行合同工期,在服从投资控制、质量管理的前提下,全力抓好工程建设进度管理,创新进度管理模式,通过开展各类劳动竞赛,发挥参建各方加快工程建设进度的主动性;成立进度督导专项组织,调动参建各方加快工程建设进度的积极性;采用抓资源、抓难点、抓重点举措,有力保障了工程建设进度预期目标的实现。
The fact that the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has been set a target for a full operation in 2014 means the contract period of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project Construction also to be determined. The Construction Management Depart- ment of Hebei has made great efforts for the project construction schedule management and started schedule management mode innovation in the construction of Handan-Shijiazhuang Section to scientifically execute the contract period and abide by investment control and quality manage- ment. Through carrying out working competition, triggering the construction parties the initiatives to speed up the construction progress, and es- tablishing the special organization to mobilize the participation of all parties, we guarantee the expected target implementation of the construction progress by the measures of paying attention to resources,difficulties and focuses.
