摘要
水资源是制约曹妃甸经济发展的重要因素。曹妃甸工业新区建设，水源供给主要靠唐山市引滦工程调节水量，供水水源以唐山市引滦供水系统为主水源，桃林口水库引水系统为辅助水源。通过对唐山市引滦可供水量调节分析，计算曹妃甸工业区可供水量。在保证率为95％的情况下，一期和远期只需要主水源供水，即可满足曹妃甸工业区供水需求。如遇到连续枯水年，远期需启用桃林口水库引水系统向曹妃甸工业区供水。
Water resource is the major factor limiting economic development of Caofeidian area. In construction of the Caofeidian industrial new area,water supply source is mainly based on Tangshan Luanhe River Diversion Project to adjust water volume,water diverted from the Luanhe River to Tangshan is the main water source of the Caofeidian industrial area, and the water diversion system of Taolinkou reservoir is the auxilia- ry one. Water volume available to the Caofeidian industrial area is calculated by analyzing adjustment of water volume available to the Tangshan Luanhe River Diversion. Under the condition of 95 ~ guarantee rate, first stage water supply and long-term water supply only need the main wa- ter resource supply,namely Caofeidian industrial area water supply volume can be met. As in continuous dry years, the long-term water supply will be used to supply water to the Caofeidian industrial area from the Taolinkou reservoir water diversion system.
