摘要
基于绍兴文理学院的实际情况,紧紧围绕护理学专业办"活"、办"强"的专业建设思路,跨系(部)优化组合组建了护理学专业教学团队.通过"引领、规范、激励、创新"的运行机制,以学科建设为依托,以课程建设为重点,以省级教学名师为核心,以教学改革研究为突破口,在人才培养模式改革、团队教师的整体水平提升等方面形成了自身的特色和优势.
Based on the actual situation of Shaoxing Uni'~ersity and centered around the ideas of developing a flexible and powerful nursing profession, a cross -department combination- optimized nursing professional teaching team has been established. The team manifests itself in the reform of the personnel training mode and the enhancing of the overall level of the teachers within the team, by means of the operating mechanism by the team ' to lead, specify, stimulate, and innovate' , grounded upon the discipline construction and key curriculum construction, and taking the provincial teaching masters as the core and the teaching reform research as a breakthrough.
