摘要
[目的]为了摸清纯种郏县红牛的现状。[方法]本研究在郏县红牛主产区对92头良种繁育场的纯种郏县红牛和197头农户散养的纯种郏县红牛进行了体尺测定。[结果]表明,纯种郏县红牛的体尺与历史记录差异不大,说明郏县红牛在核心主产区仍保持着较为纯正的血统。但是繁育场中的郏县红牛的体尺要大于农户散养的郏县红牛,说明在郏县红牛的选育中要进一步加强饲养管理。[结论]我们建议要控制合适的外血比例以保持郏县红牛自身的特色,同时随着现代生物技术在家畜育种中的应用,建议在今后的育种实践中应该将常规育种和分子育种相结合,以提高郏县红牛向肉用方向选育的进度。
[Objective]In order to monitor the growth performance of the pure-bred Jiaxian Red cattle in the main producing areas. [Method]body measurements of 92 individuals from the Jiaxian Red cattle breed ing center and 197 individuals from the scattered farmers were determined.
