摘要
从环境影响评价的角度分析了天然气输气管线建设项目在施工期和运营期对环境产生的影响因素,浅析了天然气输气管线环境影响评价时的技术要点。
The factors of natural gas transmission pipeline construction projects impacting on the environment in the construction and operation of the factors were analyzed from the point of view of the environmental impact assessment , and the environmental impact assessment techniques for natural gas transmission pipeline were also analyzed.
