摘要
目的探讨红细胞免疫相关表面分子CD35、CD55与疟疾感染的相关性。方法运用流式细胞术对桂西地区少数民族人群587例年龄20~75岁,平均年龄(43.27±14.55)岁曾经感染或者正在感染疟疾的患者和560例年龄20~72岁,平均年龄(44.86±13.81岁)健康成年人的红细胞表面分子CD35、CD55表达水平进行检测,探讨疟疾感染与红细胞免疫功能关系。结果疟疾易感者和非易感者红细胞CD35、CD55平均荧光强度差异均有统计学意义(均有P<0.001),疟疾易感者红细胞CD35、CD55分子的平均荧光强度均低于非易感者。结论红细胞表面分子CD35、CD55与疟疾感染有着较为密切的联系,为疟疾感染的诊断和治疗提供了新思路,其具体作用机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To explore the association between the surface molecules of red blood cells such as CD35 and CD55 and malaria-infected minority people in Guixi Area. Methods The red blood cell bound CD35 and CD55 were analysed with flow cytometry technique for 587 malaria-infected minority people, aged 20-75, mean (43.27 ± 14. 55 ) years and 560 healthy controls aged 20-72 ,mean (44. 86 ± 13.81 ) years from Guixi Area,then the mean fluorescent intensity of CD35 and CD55 were analysed between the two groups. Results The results of the analysis showed that the mean fluores- cent intensity of CD35 and CD55 in healthy controls was significantly higher than that of the malaria-infected group. Con- dusions The red blood cell bound CD35 and CD55 might be involved in malaria-infection however, its mechanism needs to be further studied.
