摘要
[目的]利用火焰原子吸收法测定湖北恩施地区黄连中的Mn、Cu和Pb含量。[方法]采用硝酸-高氯酸体系消解黄连样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法对样品中的Cu、Mn和Pb的含量进行测定。[结果]恩施本地黄连中Mn、Cu的含量丰富,分别为1 084.5和20.05μg/g,但重金属元素Pb未检出;方法的加标回收率为105.5%和99.1%。[结论]该方法快速、准确、简便,可用于黄连资源的开发与利用。
[Objective] To determine the contents of Mn,Cu,Pb in Coptis chinensis by FAAS in Enshi,Hubei Province.[Method]The samples were digested with the HNO3-HClO4 system and then the flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the contents of three mental elements(Mn,Cu and Pb) in Coptis chinensis from Enshi,Hubei Provence.[Result]Coptis chinensis contains abundant mental elements,such as Mn(1 084.5 μg / g) and Cu(20.05 μg / g).Pb is lower than determination limit.The additional standard recoveries of samples is between 99.1% and 105.5%.[Conclusion]The method is of high sensitivity,good stability,precision and accuracy requirements,which can provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of Coptis chinensis resources.
