摘要
目的:探讨前列腺增生患者行TURVP术后发生膀胱痉挛的原因及护理对策。方法:对2011年1月～2012年10月间在本院行TURVP术后发生膀胱痉挛的32例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:32例患者经采取针对性护理措施后均有效控制疼痛,治愈出院,平均住院时间8.5±2.8天;导致痉挛的原因依次为:引流管堵塞或过度牵拉、导尿管气囊注水过多、膀胱冲洗液温度过低或冲洗过快以及紧张等。结论:多种因素可致TURVP术后膀胱痉挛,其中引流管不畅是最主要原因,积极有针对性护理措施是有效控制的方法。
Objective：To investigate the causes of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients bladder spasm undergoing TURVP and nursing countermeasures.Methods：The clinical data of 32 patients occurred bladder spasm undergoing TURVP in our hospital from Jan 2011 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：32 patients were cured and discharged.The average length of stay was 8.5±2.8 d. The cause of the spasm was as follows：drainage tube blockage or excessive traction,water injection of catheter airbags was excessive, temperature of bladder flushing fluid was too low or flushing too quickly and tension.Conclusion：Variety of factors could cause bladder spasm after TURVP and the most important reason may have drainage tube poor.Positively and targeted nursing interventions were effective control methods.
