摘要
目的:探讨Twinfix锚钉环扎治疗髌骨撕脱性骨折的疗效。方法:2007年8月～2012年5月应用5.5mm Twinfix锚钉加尾线环扎治疗髌骨撕脱性骨折损伤病人24例,术后进行功能锻炼,关注病人功能恢复情况,创口愈合之后病人出院。术后随访3～12个月,病人定期复查。结果:受伤至手术时间1～7天,平均3天。术后评价参照Lysholm评分标准:优20例,良3例,可1例。结论:应用Twinfix锚钉治疗髌骨撕脱性骨折手术简单,并发症少,无需2次手术,顸后佳。
Objective：To explore the efficacy of Central,Twinfix anchor tie treatment of patellar avulsion fracture.Methods：August 2007 - May 2012 application 5.5 mm Twinfix of anchors the tailing line cerclage in the treatment of 24 cases of avulsion fracture of the patella injury patients,postoperative functional exercise,concerned about the patient＇s functional recovery,the patient was discharged after wound healing.Patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months,the patient was regularly reviewed.Results：Injury to surgery time 1-7 days,an average of three days.The postoperative evaluation reference Lysholm score standards;excellent in 20 cases,good in 3 cases, and acceptable 1 cases.Conclusion：Application Twinfix anchors the treatment of patella avulsion fracture surgery,fewer complications, without secondary surgery,the prognosis should be good.
