海水利用排放水中氯化副产物环境安全性评价

摘要 以天津大港新泉海水淡化有限公司浓盐水排放与大港发电厂海水直流冷却排放水为列,依据3个基础营养级水平(藻、蚤、鱼)的急性毒性效应〔L(E)C50〕,采用欧盟适用于现有化学物质与新化学物质的风险评价技术指南(TGD)中的商值法,对9种氯化副产物进行环境安全性评价。其中三氯甲烷、三氯乙醛、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸和五氯酚已经具有环境风险。 Concentration analysis was performed on nine chlorination by-products in the brine discharged from desalination project of Dagang Xinquan Ltd and seawater once-through cooling system of Dagang Power Plant.In addition,toxic effects((L(E) C50) analysis was performed from three basic levels of aquatic organisms(Scenedemus vacuolatus,Daphnia magna and Oncorhynchus mykiss).Based on this,the quotient method from the Technical Guidance Document(TGD) on Safety Assessment of Chemical Substances by the European Union was adopted to assess the ecological risks of nine chlorination by-products in the brine discharged from seawater utilization.The results showed that chloroform,chloral,dichloroacetate,trichloroacetonitrile and pentachlorophenol had environmental risk.
