摘要
选择MET-486作为全合成水基切削液中的防锈添加剂,并通过对铸铁试片、碳钢试片的腐蚀性试验及灰口铸铁片的防锈性试验,确定其最少添加量。实验结果表明,添加量为0.1%就可对黑色金属表现优异的防锈性能。
MET-486 was used as anti-corrosion composite additives in synthetic metal working fluid. Effects of the additive contents in composites on anti-corrosion and anti-rust were investigated in detail by testing cast iron and carbon steel chips. The working fluid with 0.1% MET-486 showed the best corrosion protection for ferrous metals.
