摘要
当今世界环保技术的发展主要集中在污染防治、资源回收、节约能源等方面。环保技术的应用和效果取决于生态伦理的发展及其实践。(1)应当改变"人类中心主义"传统观念;(2)改变过度消费观念;(3)正确处理好代内利益公平和冲突问题;(4)正确处理好代际利益与代际伦理问题。
Nowadays , environmental protection technology prevailing in the world mainly concentrates on pollution protection, resources recycling, energy conservation and other aspects. The applications and effects of environmental protection technology are decided by ecological ethics and its practice. The main standards of ecological ethics include, a） to re-establish human＇s natural value standards through changing the traditional concept of anthropocentrism~ b） to advocate saving and moderate consumption life concept by giving up uncontrolled consuming and excessive consumption behavior~ c） to correctly handle the interest of fairness and the problem of conflicts within contemporary generation~ d） to correctly handle the inter-generational interests and ethical issues.
