摘要
针对循环水系统的腐蚀结垢特点,为满足装置长周期运行提出的不停车清洗要求,达到缓蚀阻垢的运行效果,山东省泰和水处理有限公司研制出TH-701清洗预膜剂。TH-701作为复合型水质稳定剂,具有清洗、预膜的多功能作用,对各种水质适应力强,不受铁、铜等离子的干扰,是循环水冷却系统不停车清洗的优选。实验证明TH-701较之传统的清洗剂如柠檬酸、氨基磺酸、硫酸等其清洗效果较好,将其辅以Zn2+复配与传统的清洗预膜方法进行比较,发现有更好的预膜效果。另外,工业应用试验也表明TH-701的清洗预膜效果显著。
For corrosion and scaling characteristics of the circulating water system, meeting the long-period of the device run without stopping cleaning requirements, and achieving the operating results of the corrosion and scale inhibitors, Shandong Taihe Water Treatment Co., Ltd. developed the TH-701 cleaning & pre-release agent. TH-701 which has multifunctional role of clean and pre-film is a composite water stabilizer. TH-701, which is adaptable to a variety of water and free from the interference of iron and copper plasma, is the first priority of on- line cleaning production in circulating water cooling system. The experimental results show that the cleaning effect of TH-701 is better than conventional cleaning agents such as citric acid, sulfamic acid, sulfuric acid. TH-701 which supplemented zinc compound has better pre-film effect compared with the traditional cleaning & pre-film- ing method. What is more, the industrial application tests also show that the cleaning & pre-filming effect of TH- 701 is significant.
