摘要
介绍并分析了抚顺石化公司生产的新型BOPP专用料T38FE在BOPP装置上双向拉伸生产18μm电晕膜的生产工艺过程,总结了该工艺的生产经验,特别分析了几个非常重要的破膜问题。
The experiment and process of producing 18μm corona film by two-way stretch method with spe- cial materials T38FE on the BOPP production line of Fushun Petrochemical Company was introduced and ana- lyzed. The infrequent but very important broken film breakdown was specially discussed.
