摘要
汽车补强胶片的粘附性与胶片基材中环氧树脂的用量和种类有关,增加环氧树脂的用量可提高胶片的粘附性,也容易使基材在炼胶的过程中发生粘辊;提高炼胶的温度可以使环氧树脂的比例增加而不发生粘辊,改善胶片的粘附性。
The adhesion of the reinforce sheet for automobile is associated with the quantity and kind of epoxy resin.Increasing the content of epoxy resin can improve the adhesion of the sheet.But it makes the substrates roll banding during rubbe refined.Rising the temperature of rubbe fined,it can be made epoxy resin ratio increased without roll banding.
