摘要
开放教育学习者突出的工学矛盾和学习时间的不确定性,使课堂教学承担着传授知识、指导学习方法的双重任务,决定着面授课堂必须量少、质优、效果好。但实践中,由于不了解学情,不善于整合资源或不能驾驭教材等原因,课堂教学普遍低效化。如何发挥教师的主导作用,提高面授课堂的有效性,就要做细、做实、做好课前准备、课中"三导"和课后反思。
Open education learners' prominent contradictions in work and study and uncertain study time make classroom bear dual task of imparting knowledge and guiding learning method, which determines that the face to face teaching must have small quantity, high quality and good effect. But in practice, classroom teaching is aways inefficient, for the reasons like lack of understanding of the learning situation, bad integration of resources and unable to control the materials and so on. To play the leading role of teachers and improve the effectiveness in classroom, teachers should do fine and in- deed, make pre - class preparation, "three lead" in lessons and reflection after class.
