摘要
全球治理是全球化过程中生成的概念,国家在全球治理中担当着任何组织或个人都无法替代的角色。为达到善治的目标,法治始终是全球治理一以贯之的原则,其中,"软法"治理在全球治理的实践中地位举足轻重,可以说,全球治理主要是软法的治理。在强调平等和参与的软法引领下的全球治理视野之下考察中国法治的软性发展,对我国法治国家的建设意义重大。
The concept of global governance is generated in the process of globalization. Countries playing any organization or individual are irreplaceable role in global governance. China has been actively involved in. In order to achieve the goal of good governance, the rule of law is always one principle that runs through it all. The principle of global governance, the status of ＂soft law＂, the governance in global governance in practice play a decisive role. It can be said that global governance is the governance of soft law. In order to emphasize the global governance within the equality and participation of soft law on the soft development of the rule of law in China, it is of great significance to the de- velopment of our country.
