摘要
食品安全已成为一个全球性的民生难题,近几年国外学者对食品安全治理问题做了大量创新性研究。本文对这些国外研究新进展从食品安全的治理环境、治理模式、治理机制和治理工具四个维度进行了综述梳理,最后从治理模式转型、多重消费者理性调研、国家食品安全信息平台建设等方面为我国食品安全治理提出了借鉴与改进建议。
Food safety has become a worldwide problem of the people's livelihood. Foreign scholars developed a large number of innovative researches of food safety management problems of in recent years. This article classified the latest research literature abroad based on four dimensions including the management environment ,the management pattern,the management mechanism and the management tools of food safety management,and provided some reference suggestions for China's food safety management in Management mode transition,survey of multiple consumer rationality and food safety information platform construction.
