The establishment of risk investment system which is suitable to the Chinese situation is beneficial to the high tech which is bound to go to the market,to the industrialization and commercialization,and eventually beneficial to the competence of our national industry.Therefore,we must use the internationally advanced experience for reference and create good external environment for the development of our risk investment industry.\;
