摘要
跨国公司 ( TNCs)乃国际技术转移的重要主体和通道 ;我国引进的国外先进技术主要来源于跨国公司。弄清跨国公司国际技术转移的条件、成本和形式及其有关理论 ,有助于我国在与跨国公司打交道时做出科学正确的决策 ,引进与我国经济发展水平相适应的先进技术 ,取得较好的技术引进绩效。
TNCs are the major channel of international technology transfer.The advanced technology which is introduced from foreign countries is mainly from TNCs.It is helpful for us to gain a clear idca of the conditons,cost,forms and relative theory of TNCs′ international technology transfer,when we deal with TNCs, make scientific and correct decisions,introduce the advanced technology which is suitable to our national economic development and to achieve the best from the introduction.\;
