摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕憩室的有效性。方法总结分析2011-05～2012-05在深圳市人民医院确诊并行腹腔镜下子宫切口瘢痕憩室切除术的6例患者临床资料。结果 6例均顺利完成手术,手术时间平均为(69±7)min,术中出血量平均为(55±18)ml,未发生手术并发症。术后随访6-19个月,术前6例经期均延长(14-23 d),平均(18.2±3.1)d术后缩短至5-9 d,平均(7.0±1.4)d。结论腹腔镜手术治疗剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕憩室可显著缩短患者经期。
Abstract： Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic excision of the uterine diverticulum in treatment of patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum.Methods Six patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum in Shenzhen People＇ s Hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 underwent laparoscopic excision of the uterine diverticulum.The clinical data were analyzed.Results The procedures were successfully performed in all patients.The average duration of the surgery was （69 ± 7） min and the average volume of intraoperative bleeding was （55 ± 18）ml.After followed up for 6-19 months,the mean duration was shortened from （18.2 ±3.1） d to （7.0 ± 1.4） d.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery can significantly shorten the period of patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum.
