摘要 简要介绍了800 kt/a尿素装置高压氨泵的结构特点、PID工艺流程,阐述了高压氨泵出现打量不足时的工艺现象及现场机械设备现象,并对故障原因进行分析。针对分析结果,采取了一系列措施,最终确定泵出口副线管路中存在的焊渣及主线管路中存在的锁紧螺钉是造成高压氨泵打量不足和氨走主线波动的主要原因。 A brief account is given of the structural features of the high-pressure ammonia pump of the 800 kt/a urea unit and PID process flow. The process phenomenon is shown of insufficient delivery of the pump, and also the phenomenon of the on-site mechanical equipment is shown. The cause of failure is analyzed. In view of the analytical results, a series of measures are taken, and it is finally decided that the welding slag in the side-line at the outlet of the pump and the presence of the lock-screw in the main line are the primary reasons for insufficient delivery of the pump and fluctuation of ammonia in the main line.
