摘要
大学生完美主义人格与就业期望之间存在较大的相关关系，适时调整大学生完美主义心理，提高学生的自我认知能力，从而形成现实合理的就业期望，积极促进大学生就业增长。
There is higher correlation between the perfectionism personality and the employment ex- ception. We can adjust perfectionism personality of the college students timely,and improve the self- cognitive ability. In this way, we can make the students realize the actual and reasonable employment exception ,promote the employment rate of the higher vocational college students.
