摘要
资源整合是高校信息资源建设中的重要内容。本文分析了高校信息资源零散分布的现状,提出了以开放存取的方式,以学术机构为轴心,对高校的信息资源进行整合。首先依据各高校内部学术机构的设置,整合高校的实体资源,实现统一的认证窗口,进行一站式检索。其次,根据高校的特色及其学科优势,建立机构知识库。最后,根据高校学术机构的学科发展前景以及教育科研的需求,收集整理虚拟资源,扩大信息资源的储备。
Resource integration is an important part in the information resource construction of the universities. In this paper, the present situation of the scattered distribution of the information re- source in the universities is analyzed . The way by opening access and taking the academic institutions as the axis to realize information resource integration is presented. Firstly, according to the setting of internal academic institutions of universities, by integrating the physical resource and realizing the u- nified authentication window, a one-stop retrieval system can be conducted. Secondly, institutional knowledge repositories should be established according to the characteristics and advantages of sub- jects. Finally, virtual resources should be collected and the reserves of information resources should be expanded according to the subject development prospect of academic institutions in Universities and the demand of education and research.
