摘要
以河南省高速公路为调查对象,成立调查评估小组,对河南省高速公路建设、运营、维护等环节受气象因子的影响情况进行咨询调查发现:影响河南省高速公路的主要敏感气象要素和天气现象为公路结冰、公路积雪(深度)、降雪、雾霾、冻雨、短时强降雨、闪电雷暴、最低气温、风力、日雨量、路面高温等。影响临界值分别是公路积雪深度2~5 cm,降雪为中雪,雾霾能见度200 m,短时强降雨为中雨量级,最低气温0~-4℃,风力7~9级,日雨量为大雨,路面高温50~54℃,最高气温40℃,路面低温0~-4℃,日温差10℃以上,沙尘天气能见度200 m。根据专家对气象服务贡献率等级的评估,得到气象服务对河南省公路交通行业效益的贡献率为1.16%。
Taking expressway in Henan province as the research object,an assessment team is set up to measure the influence on the construction,operation and maintenance of expressway in Henan province affected by meteorological factors.The research shows that main sensitive meteorological elements and meteorological phenomena which exert their influence on expressway in Henan province are icy road,deep snowy highway,snow,haze,freezing rain,brief heavy rainfall,lighting thunderstorm,minimum temperature,wind power,daily rainfall,high pavement temperature,etc.Critical values of those influencing factors are listed respectively as follows: 2-5 cm depth of snow on the road,moderate snow,visibility of 200 m in hazy weather,moderate magnitude of brief heavy rain,minimum temperature ranging from-4 ℃ to 0 ℃,wind power 7-9 level,heavy rain,pavement temperature 50-54 ℃,the maximum temperature 40 ℃,low temperature on road ranging from-4 ℃ to 0 ℃,more than 10 ℃ of daily range of temperature,and visibility of 200 m in dust weather.From the expert assessment about meteorological service contribution rate level,the contribution rate is 1.16% of meteorological service on Henan provincial highway and transportation industry.
