乳化沥青冷再生材料影响因素及性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 在查阅国内外相关资料及大量室内试验基础上,对影响水泥-乳化沥青冷再生材料性能的成型方法、养生方法和二次击实等因素做出了分析。结果表明,水泥含量为影响强度的主要因素,采用第一次双面击实100次、60℃烘箱养护2h后继续双面各击实25次的试件,得到测定的各项性能指标较为理想,并通过乳化沥青混合料性能试验验证了可靠性。 On the basis of referring to relative materials in and abroad and large number of laboratory tests, the forming method, maintenance method and second compaction of cement - emulsified asphalt are analyzed. The results show that the cement content is the major influence factor towards strength. Specimen that is double - side compacted for 100 times, put into 60℃ oven for two hours' maintenance and then double - side compacted for 25 times shows the most ideal performance index, and its reliability is testified by performance test of emulsified asphalt mixture.
