摘要
3G数字图书馆信息服务越来越引起人们的重视,图书馆利用3G技术拓展文献信息移动服务是实现创新服务和顺应读者需求发展的一种新趋势。阐述了3G手机与移动信息服务的概念及应用发展前景,分析了图书馆开展3G手机移动信息服务的可行性,并对手机图书馆移动信息服务策略提出一些观点和看法,为推进数字图书馆科学发展及手机阅读提供良好的体验。
The information service of 3G digital libraries is gaining increasing attention and it has become a new tendency for libraries to use 3G technology to innovate services by upgrading mobile document and information services to meet the needs of the readers.In the present paper,the concepts of 3G mobile phones and mobile information service and their application prospects were described,then the feasibility of mobile information services for libraries by using 3G mobile phones was analyzed,and finally some points regarding strategies of mobile phone information services of libraries were proposed to both promote the scientific development of digital libraries and provide optimal reading experience on mobile phones.
