阐述了钻铰一体复合刀具的设计,并且详细地介绍了复合刀具的数控加工方法。通过切削实验固化了数控磨床砂轮参数及型号的选择;通过设计制造钻铰复合刀具可以提高钛合金材料的加工质量。钻铰复合刀具的使用,提高了孔加工的效率及质量,具有推广价值。
