摘要 工程师的基本任务是实践与创新,必须具备工程集成能力。从目前我国工程人才培养的现状来看,学生的工程综合实践能力普遍不足,实践教学质量保障体系不完善。借鉴美国"CDIO"工程教育的经验,立足应用型本科院校工程人才的培养现状,从实践平台、实践内容、创新意识、考核方式、教师队伍、实践教材等方面,做一些探讨优化实践教学质量的保障体系建设的尝试。 The basic mission of engineers is the fulfillment and innovation with the project integration capability. The problems existing in the current situation of the engineering talent training in China are the inadequacy of students' comprehensive fulfillment ability and imperfection of quality guarantee system in practice teaching. Based on the experience of CDIO(conceive-design-implement-operate) engineering education in USA and the analysis of engineering talent training in the application-oriented colleges, this paper explores the optimization of the quality assurance system of practice teaching, including the practice platform, the practice content, the innovation consciousness, the evaluation methods, the teaching faculty, the teaching resources and other aspects of the practice.
