摘要
对氢化物原子荧光光度法测定食品中汞含量进行不确定度评定,建立起较完善的评定体系,探寻不确定度的主要来源,加以控制,提高检测的质量。评定结果表明:校准曲线的线性回归和测量的重复性是影响该方法的不确定度的主要因素,从而为氢化物原子荧光法测定食品中重金属的不确定度评定提供了相关基础。
The uncertainty of measurement is evaluated by measuring the value of the Mercury with using hya- ride atomic fluorescence, to build a sound evaluation system, search the source of uncertainty, controll it and then improve detection quality. The results showed that the liner regression of calibration curve and the re- peatability are major elements affecting the uncertainty of the method, which provided relating base for e- valuation of uncertainty of hydride atmic fluorescence used for detecting the heavy metal in food.
