摘要
用氨纶含量为20%的锦氨面料制成尺寸不同的6款泳装,然后确定一个尺寸,用不同氨纶含量的锦氨面料制成5款泳装,筛选出10名符合160/84A号型区域的女性为试验对象,在不同运动姿势下测量各部位的压力和压感主观值。结果表明:在面料相同的条件下,泳装的宽裕量绝对值与服装压成正相关;在泳装尺寸一定的条件下,面料的氨纶含量与服装压成负相关;服装压感敏感度与承压能力成反比,背高点以下部位比肩部对压力更敏感,前腰中点、后腹中点对压力最敏感,承压能力最弱,BP点、臀下凸点对压力最不敏感,承压能力最强。
The paper develops respectively 6 types of swimsuits with different specifications of the same fabric composition, and 5 types of swimsuits with different fabric composition of the same specification, which are all inter-knitted by nylon-spandex yarns as the experimental samples. 10 young women in size 160/84A are selected as experimental objects, and the pressures in different parts of body and subjective pressure valuation in different motional postures are measured. The results show that the absolute value of tolerance and the clothing pressures have positive correlation with the same fabric composition; the spandex content and the clothing pressures have negative correlation with the same specification; the sensitivity of clothing pressure is inversely proportional to pressure bearing capacity; the midpoint of front and back waist has the most sensitive change for pressure, of which the pressure bearing capacity is worst; while the results are opposite on the BP point and the bump under the arm.
