摘要
发热、保暖、柔软触感纤维Softwarm是结合特殊人造木浆纤维和东丽公司的超细旦抗起球腈纶的优点于一身的新型触感功能性纤维。以Softwarm发热纤维为原料,编织出1+1罗纹、满针罗纹、罗纹半空气层、罗纹空气层、半畦编、畦编6种组织的针织面料,分别测试了它们的悬垂性能、保温性、刚柔性、褶皱弹性、顶破强力、吸湿发热性能、透气性、透湿性等性能,并采用模糊数学综合评判的方法对Softwarm发热纤维针织面料的服用性能进行综合分析与评价。结果表明:Softwarm发热纤维罗纹半空气层织物的服用性能最好,畦编织物的服用性能最差。
Softwarm is a new type of touch functional fiber combining the advantages of special man-made wood pulp fiber and the superfine anti-pilling acrylic of Toray Company, whose characteristics are heat-generating, heat- retention and soft-hand properties. By using softwarm heat-generating fiber, 6 kinds of knitted fabrics are devel- oped, -1+1 rib, full gauge 1+1 rib, half-milano rib stitch, milanoo rib, half cardigan stitch and cardigan, and their drapability, heat-retention, rigid-flexible, bursting strength, moisture absorption and heat-generating, air- permeability and moisture-permeability properties are also tested. In addition, it makes a comprehensive evaluation for the wearing properties of softwarm heat-generating fiber knitted fabric by using a fuzzy mathematical method. It points out that half-milano rib stitch fabric bears the most excellent wearing properties in all, while that of the cardigan fabric is worst.
