摘要
针对尿素合成塔衬里腐蚀、减薄和泄漏的现象,分析其原因,提出装置定期检修或合成塔发生泄漏时应进行全面腐蚀检测,并介绍合成塔腐蚀处理方法及保证其正常运行的安全措施。
Analyzing the reasons of corrosion, reduction and leak of lining of urea convertor, we put forward periodic maintenance for the plant and comprehensive corrosion detection when the leak happens, and introduce the way to deal with the corrosion and the safety measures to keep its normal operation.
