摘要
目的:研究复宫止血方对妊娠大鼠药物流产后子宫蜕膜组织PR的影响,探讨复宫止血方治疗药流后出血的可能作用机制。方法:将妊娠大鼠随即分为空白组、流产模型组、益母草组、复宫止血方低、中、高剂量组,妊娠第13天处死各组大鼠,采用免疫组化法检测各组大鼠给药前后大鼠子宫内膜(包括蜕膜)中孕激素受体(PR)的变化。结果:与流产模型组比较,复宫止血方低、中、高剂量组均能在一定程度上下调PR在子宫蜕膜组织的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且优于益母草组(P<0.05)。结论:复宫止血方能够降低蜕膜组织中PR的表达而减少药物流产后出血。
Objective： To study the Influence of Uterus-repairing Hemostasis Prescription on PR of decidua in drug abortion rats, in order to explore the possible mechanism of Uterus-repairing Hemostasis Prescription on endometrorrhagia due to drug abortion. Methods： The pregnant rats were randomly divided into blank group, abortion model group, Motherwort group, Uterus-repairing Hemostasis lower, middle and high dosage group. The rats were killed in each group at the 13 th day and the progesterone receptor （PR） in endometrial （including decidua ） was tested by Immunohistochemical determination. Results： Compares with the abortion model group, Uterus-repairing Hemostasis lower, middle and high dosage group decreased the expression of PR in decidua, with significant difference （P〈0.05）; Uterus-repairing Hemostasis lower, middle and high dosage group can provide better effect than the Motherwort group on decreasing the expression of PR in decidua （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Uterus-repairing Hemostasis Prescription can provide effect of reducing hemorrhage after drug abortion, according to decreasing the expression of PR in decidua.
