摘要
目前,安徽动漫产业发展迅速,建立了合肥和芜湖两大动漫基地,拥有大量动漫企业和动漫制作人才,加之动漫市场需求旺盛和政府政策倾斜,使安徽动漫产业具备集聚优势。但安徽动漫产业发展还在起步阶段,缺乏原创人才,也未形成完整的产业链,两基地间也未形成竞争优势。动漫产业要形成区域集聚优势,动漫企业应利用现阶段的政策机遇,强化高等生产要素,合理规划产业发展战略与结构,拓展动漫产业应用领域。
At present,Anhui＇s animation industry is developing rapidly,and establishes Hefei animation base and Wuhu animation base,which have a large number of animation companies and animation production and animation talents as well as market demand and government policy.Anhui＇s animation industry has an advantage of the cluster.The development of Anhui＇s animation industry,however,is still developing with the lack of original talent,and incomplete industrial chain,and two bases also have not formed the challenging advantages.If the animation industry wants to form regional advantage of cluster,all animation enterprises should apply the present policy,and strengthen the advanced factors of production,and have rational plan of the industrial development strategy and structure to expand the application field of animation industry.
