摘要
由于人类社会对能源需求的不断增大,一次性常规化石能源日益消耗,非常规油气资源的开发和利用逐渐受到重视,近年来页岩气的开发利用比较典型。美国是全球页岩气开采和利用最好的国家之一,2011年页岩气年产量已达1800×108m3,引发了所谓的"页岩气革命"。但综观全球的页岩气开发情况,美国的模式并非适合于所有地区,因为页岩气的开发受到技术适应性、环境、基础设施及配套程度、资金投入、市场机制等各种因素的制约,其距离形成常规油气能源的后备接替资源尚待时日。我国国情和基础配套设施与美国相比差别很大,在非常规天然气的开发上不能完全复制美国模式,必须结合我国的实际情况统筹规划,探索出一套适合于我国国情的非常规天然气开发利用的中国模式。
Development and utilization of non-conventional oil and gas resources has drawn great attention owing to the continuous demand of energy by the human society and increasingly high consumption of primary fossil energy.Shale gas development and utilization has been an example in recent years.The United States is one of the best countries in the world for shale gas production and utilization.The US shale gas production reached 1800×108m3 in 2011,triggering the so-called 'shale gas revolution' However,so far as global shale gas development is concerned,the US pattern may not be suitable in some other regions,because shale gas development is restricted by a number of factors,such as technological adaptability,the environment,infrastructure and supporting systems,investment fund and market mechanism.It is still early for shale gas to act as the stand-by resources for conventional oil and gas resources.China is quite different from the United States in terms of the national conditions and infrastructure including auxiliary systems.The US pattern for non-conventional natural gas development cannot be entirely duplicated in China.It is necessary to make a unified plan according to the Chinese conditions and work out a set of methods for development and utilization of non-conventional natural gas that is feasible in China.
