摘要 鉴于玄武岩纤维和聚四氟乙烯微孔过滤膜在过滤方面的独特优点,选用玄武岩机织布为基布,将其与PTFE微孔膜进行复合,并得到玄武岩机织覆膜滤料。测试并分析了覆膜滤料的过滤阻力、过滤效率、透气性、断裂强力及断裂伸长率,结果表明:玄武岩覆膜滤料过滤效率较高,过滤阻力符合过滤材料的要求,透气性好,断裂强力较高,具有较好的过滤性能,显示玄武岩覆膜滤料在工业应用上具有独特的优势。 In view of unique advantages of basalt fiber and PTFE in terms of millipore filtration, this study selected basalt woven fabric as the base cloth composited with PTFE microporous membrane. Basalt woven coated filter materials were gained. The filtration resistance, filtration efficiency, air permeability, breaking strength and elongation at break were tested and analyzed. The results showed: basalt coated filter material had high filter efficiency; the filtration resistance complied with the requirement of filter materials; besides, it owned good air permeability, high breaking strength and excellent filtration property. Thus, basalt coated filter material has unique superiority in terms of industrial application.
