摘要
高职教育离不开一支高水平的师资队伍,而青年教师是师资资源的重要储备.加强对高职院校青年教师的培养是一项长期的战略性的工作,受到人们的普通重视.但是,对于青年教师的培养效果,并没有得到有效的评价,为了提升高职院校青年教师培养水平和质量,采用理论与实证相结合的研究方式,通过设计合理的评价指标体系,对高职院校青年教师培养效果进行了分析.基于变异系数法对调查结果进行了论证,从而构建起适合高职院校青年教师培养模式.
Higher vocational education requires high level teaching staff and young teachers are impor- tant reserves of teaching staff resource. Enhancing cultivation of young teachers in higher vocational col- leges is a long-term strategic work, which gets much attention of higher vocational colleges, but the cul- tivation effect has not been evaluated effectively, which leads to the low quality and poor effect of culti- vation. In order to promote the cultivation level and quality of young teachers in higher vocational colle- ges, this paper adopts integrating method of theory and practice and carries out investigation and analysis of cultivation effect of young teachers in higher vocational colleges through reasonable evaluation system. On the basis of that, this paper carries out demonstration on investigation results based on variation co- efficient method and draw a conclusion to built cultivation mode which is suitable for young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
