摘要
文章提出了一种GEO卫星红外地球敏感器的热设计方法,建立了红外地球敏感器热数学模型,对影响红外地球敏感器散热的热设计要素进行敏感性定量分析,以指导优化热设计。分析验证表明:经过优化的红外地球敏感器热控方案,能很好地满足卫星15 a寿命期红外地球敏感器工作温度要求。该设计方法已在"东方红四号"平台系列卫星上成功应用,并得到在轨验证。
The method of the thermal design for infrared earth sensors mounted outside the GEO satellite is presented,and a thermal mathematical model is built.Based on the sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors,the design scheme is optimized.Results show that the scheme can satisfy the requirements of the working temperature of the sensors during the 15a life cycle of the satellite.This design method has already been applied to the DFH-4 platform series satellites successfully,and be verified in the orbit.
