摘要
本实验采用Na_2HPO_4-Ca(NO_3)_2体系合成羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite,HA),方法简便,成本低廉。经理化特性测定和动物实验,证明HA纯度较高,伴有直径约20~200μm孔隙,具有与机体骨胳无机成分相似的化学结构和良好的生物相容性。作者着重观察了HA植入体内的组织学变化和HA的成骨效应;探讨了HA促进成骨的机理。为临床应用HA作为人工骨移植材料提供了,理论依据。
In this study Na2HPO4-Ca(NO3)2 system was used to synthesize hydroxyapatite (HA). Its synthetical method was simple and low in cost. With the physical-chemical characteristic observation and the animal experimentit was proved that HA was pure, with pores ranging from 20 to 200 μm in diameter.The chemical structure of HA was similar to that of inorganic part of bones.An investigation of the histological changes and osteogenetic effectiveness of HA implanted was conducted and the mechanism of HA osteogenetic effectiveness is discussed. The study will provide scientific basis for the clinical use of HA as bone graft substitute.
