摘要
中国现代煤化工装置普遍存在工业水煤浆浓度偏低问题。为了提高水煤浆浓度,分析了煤质、粒度分布、添加剂对水煤浆浓度的影响。以年产60万t甲醇装置为例,通过改变添加剂种类,发现调整后的工业煤浆的平均浓度由59.03%提高到60.97%,提高了1.94%。
For technical reasons, the concentration of coal water mixture can't be greatly improved, which long limit the development of modern coal chemical industry. To resolve this problem, analyse the influence of coal quality, size composition and additive on coal water mixture concentration. Taking one project as research object, whose annual output are 6 x 10^5 tons carbinol. By adjusting the kinds of additive, increase the coal water mixture concentration by 1.94 percent,from 59.03 percent to 60. 97 percent.
