摘要
近年来,我国保险公司治理建设迅速推进,成效显著,但仍存在不少亟待解决的问题,迫切需要学习、研究和借鉴国外公司治理的相关经验。本文分析了英美保险公司治理模式的鲜明特色,阐释了德日保险公司治理模式的主要特点,在对英美、德日保险公司治理模式比较的基础上,总结提炼了值得我国保险公司借鉴的一系列国际经验。
Even though the corporate governance construction of China＇ s insurance boost quickly, and the effects are outstanding in resent yeas, there still exist many questions urgently to await resolving, and need us to learn, re- search, and use the related experience of other countries for reference. The paper analyses the bright characteristic of corporate governance model from U.K, U.S, German and Japanese insurance. Based on the comparison of the two mod- els, the author summarizes a series of international experience, which is worth to use for reference for corporate governance of China＇s insurance.
